the Thought Leadership Conference

Launched in 2016, the Thought Leadership Conference has grown from a small local event to a large, diverse, global one focused on creating collaboration among business, education, and community organizations. Under the auspices of the Intercultural Relations Institute, we provide additional tools and training to create deep and lasting organizational change and community impact.

Collaborate with thought leaders and strategize to attract and retain talent, advocate for youth, and provide services and meaningful value to community members.
